Michelle is a highly skilled marketing and training expert with more than 29 years’ experience covering sales, management and consultancy in the private and public sectors. She is a qualified and respected PTTLS trainer and mentor, affiliated with Kennedy Business Consultancy Ltd, and over the years she has helped numerous clients to meet their marketing and training needs.

Most recently, Michelle has founded and nurtured the highly-successful #cumbriahour event on Twitter, facilitating highly successful online networking which has led to the development of many successful business relationships and profitable introductions. Her local knowledge of Cumbria, passion for supporting local business and use of topical, interesting themes each week has come togther to ensure that #cumbriahour has quickly become a popular and well-established  event. There can be no better testimony to Michelle’s marketing expertise than this,  and this is the expertise which she shares with her clients. 

In addition to marketing and coaching work, Michelle is an active member of the ITV Border News Business Club and is also a respected speaker for both British Energy Coast and Lakes Hospitality Association. She is also a qualified trainer and mentor, having been a mentor for UCLAN, Cumbria Chamber of Commerce and a ERDF funding mentoring programme.

She now project manages the very successful Carlisle Ambassador programme on behalf of Carlisle City Council www.carlisleambassadors.co.uk which has now well over 165 members and has 250 attendees at each meeting. In September she also launched Young Carlisle Ambassadors and hopes to make this as successful as Carlisle Ambassadors.
